A psychiatric evaluation helps clarify symptoms, history, functional concerns, diagnosis considerations, treatment needs, medication questions, therapy needs, and care goals. The evaluation helps guide a practical treatment plan.
Medication Management
Medication management may include medication review, treatment planning, follow-up visits, response monitoring, side-effect monitoring, refill planning, and coordination with other providers when appropriate. Medication decisions are made after clinical evaluation and are not guaranteed.
Individual Therapy
Therapy can support anxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related symptoms, relationship stress, work stress, adjustment issues, coping skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
Telehealth Mental Health Care
Telehealth visits allow patients to meet with a provider online from a private location in Illinois. Telehealth can make it easier to attend appointments, continue follow-up care, and access behavioral health support without travel.
ADHD Evaluation & Treatment
Support for attention, focus, organization, impulsivity, restlessness, and executive functioning concerns. Treatment options are discussed after clinical evaluation and may include behavioral strategies, therapy support, medication discussion, or other care planning.
Anxiety & Depression Support
Evaluation and treatment planning for anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, low motivation, mood changes, worry, irritability, stress, sleep disruption, and related behavioral health concerns.
Bipolar Disorder Support
Evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, therapy support, mood tracking, and follow-up care for mood instability and bipolar-spectrum concerns.
PTSD & Trauma-Informed Care
Support for trauma-related symptoms, stress responses, nightmares, avoidance, hypervigilance, irritability, sleep disruption, emotional triggers, and coping needs.
Insomnia & Sleep Concerns
Evaluation and treatment support for sleep difficulty, insomnia, nighttime anxiety, racing thoughts, disrupted sleep patterns, and sleep-related behavioral health concerns.
Substance Use Treatment & Addiction Support
Support for substance use concerns, addiction recovery needs, relapse prevention, co-occurring mental health concerns, and behavioral health care coordination. Services may include evaluation, counseling, psychiatric support, and referral guidance through appropriate licensed care pathways.
Dual Diagnosis Support
Integrated behavioral health support for patients experiencing both mental health symptoms and substance use concerns. Care may include psychiatric evaluation, therapy support, medication review when appropriate, relapse-prevention planning, and coordination with outside resources.
Facility Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral health support for nursing homes, assisted living communities, supportive living facilities, residents, caregivers, administrators, and care teams.
Behavioral Health Consultation
Consultation for complex behavioral health needs, care planning, behavioral concerns, treatment recommendations, and coordination with care teams.
Care Coordination
